Randall Bus Riders~
Please load the Zonar MyView App on your phones if you haven't done so already.
Bus information is complete. You can find your child's "Other ID" in Family Access Skyward in the Student Info tab...it's located under where your child's school picture will be.
The flyer attached gives you the instructions.
You can always find your child(rens) bus stop information in Family Access in the Busing tab on the left.
Remember, afternoon routes will be dropping off at the same location your child was picked up at in the morning! Please use your Zonar app to know the approx. time your child(ren) will be dropped off...there are no times for PM dropoff. All children will be dropped off between 3:20 and 4 pm.
If you have questions about your route, please contact DTC (Dousman Transport) at 262-862-6086 or email jkoltz@dtcbus.com
Please be at your AM stops AT LEAST 5 min. early, especially the first week.
Thank you in advance for having patience and understanding as we get through the first week of everyone getting acclimated to the school year routines!
Here's to a great school year!
School Starts TOMORROW!!!
A reminder that ALL buses will be in the back where the District Offices are located. Any student pickup or drop off will take place in the front of the building where the new school offices are located.
During the year if you have a sick student that is being picked up - that will also take place in the front of the building in the new offices.
Excited to have our students back on Tuesday!
For those wondering...Randall Consolidated has AIR CONDITIONING and will tomorrow on the 1st day of school as well.
If anything changes you will be notified. Please feel free to reach out to Randall School as needed.
Randall Community.
We can't wait to have students back in school starting TUESDAY, August 27th! With the construction nearing completion we appreciate everyone's patience as we start the school year as there will be some logistic changes from the previous school year! Over the next few days we will be putting out some reminders and updates.
Update and first reminder: All Parent PICKUP(s) and DROPOFF(s) (for all ages) will take place in the FRONT of Randall at the new entrance!
Hello Resident Randall Parents and Caregivers,
Your Bus Route Color, Stop and Pickup Time is now in your Family Access Skyward account in the "Busing" tab on the left side! PLEASE DISREGARD THE SUMMER SCHOOL data , AND ONLY LOOK AT THE "COLOR" AM STOP AND TIME.
There WILL NOT be a PM stop/time. After dismissal at 3:15, busses will load and leave the school, and all students will be dropped off at their same AM pickup Stop. All buses should have students home by 4 pm. Please check your ZONAR MyView App at the end of the day to know when your child(ren) will be arriving at their dropoff Stop.
By the end of the first week of school, you will know the approx. time your child(ren) will be off the bus at the end of the day.
**Please be patient over the first several days of school as we all acclimate to the timing and adjustments that may need to be made.**
BUS APP~ ZONAR MYVIEW...
Parents/Caregivers that have students riding Randall transportation supported by Dousman, the ZONAR MyView app is available for download. Using your cellphone (or mobile device), go to your APP store and enter Zonar MyView you will see an app to download that looks like a magnifying glass. Randall's School Access Code is: RAN1064
(Please read through instructions carefully and take your time)
There are a lot of options with Zonar MyView, but you are able to get alerts related to your bus routes in real-time. You will need to create an account if your family does not already have one. Attached is additional information for parents on set up and questions. Any questions, please contact the Wilmot Terminal at (262) 862-6086 or email jkoltz@dtcbus.com.
(This information does not apply to Open Enrolled families)
Families should know that during setup, they will be asked for a bus number. Randall has bus colors, not numbers. There is no initial drop-down for this; parents must type the first couple letters of their student(s) bus color for options to populate. These colors coincide with students’ bus colors identified in Randall’s student management program (i.e. SKYWARD).
All information has been added to Randall's website as well. The information can be found under the PARENTS tab ~ ZONAR MyView (Bus routes) link.
Thank you for your patience, cooperation, understanding, and partnership as we work through the beginning of the school year together! This will be a wonderful year as we all work together to make Randall a great school!
Randall Administration
A reminder of the Ribbon Cutting Wednesday, August 21 at 5:30pm!
Ribbon Cutting - Wednesday 5:30 PM
On Wednesday Randall Consolidated will be formally opening the new office space to the community with a ceremonious Ribbon Cutting. Any parent or community member that would like to attend the event - it will take place in front weather permitting. If it needs to be moved indoors the District will do so.
Thank you to our community for supporting the project along with construction and architect partners throughout the project.
We recently discovered a sports physical is NOT required by the Westosha Athletic Conference. Randall School also appears to be the only school that has required one. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue the requirement for a sports physical for our athletes as well.
Again, SPORTS PHYSICALS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE!
We apologize for any inconvenience!
Thank you, Randall Athletic Dept.

Want some extra money in your pocket and work the days you want - at Randall?!? Randall (like all schools) are always looking and in need of substitute teachers. If you are interested contact Teachers on Call (TOC) and they will get you started!
Summer School - Adventure Class!
Randall's Adventure Class, spent the day in Twin Lakes! We started with an art class at the Farm House, took a coffee break at Cup O Joe and ended by walking to Lance Park! Such a fun day!
Attention incoming 4K Families!
Your child's journey at Randall is about to begin! That journey might literally begin by riding a bus to school. Riding the bus for the first time can be a lot for a little one to comprehend so we are offering a 4K bus orientation night at Randall.
On Monday, August 12th at 5:30 incoming 4K families are invited to come in and learn the rules of bus riding and then take a short ride to get the experience of riding on a bus to school.
For those families interested please park in the back parking lot and come into the atrium on junior high side to meet the 4K teachers.
See you Monday, Aug. 12th at 5:30 pm!
Thank you for your patience as we continue to prepare for the 24-25 School Year!We know everyone is so excited to complete the Online Registration, and we are waiting for Summer School to finish next Friday, Aug. 9th.When the Online Registration portal is ready, we will send messaging via all of our regular channels: Email, Website (Live Feed, NEWS), Randall Consolidated School J1 Facebook page, and Peachjar E-flyer.We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through all of the many details to ensure we start the year off properly!Have a great weekend!
To All Summer School Parents:
Please contact the Attendance Email (attendance@randall.k12.wi.us)
or Phone 262-537-2211 ext. 350 to leave your daily attendance, bus , or pickup requests AS SOON AS YOU KNOW.
We are getting messages from the children that they are changing pickup or bus and do not have communications from parents confirming that information! This creates a lot of chaos and extra time to get the correct information, AND this prolongs dismissal for ALL.
IF you have any change in your child’s bus or pickup timing for any day of Summer School, please contact us as quickly as you know, preferably the day/night before, or no later than 11 a.m. on a Summer School day. Attendance email and voicemail (x350) is available 24 hours a day!
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding so we can make each day go smoothly and without confusion.

Dear Randall Community (Summer School Specific),
This morning, a subcontracting crew working on the renovation project at Randall Consolidated School accidentally hit an underground gas line. Our top priority was the safety and well-being of everyone on site, and immediate measures were taken to ensure their safety. Emergency services and the gas company responded promptly to
shut off and repair the gas line.
The gas line was outside of the building and there was no leak inside of the building. We have been assured by WeEnergies, CG Schmidt, and our own team that building is safe for everyone to return.
With that being said, SUMMER SCHOOL WILL BE IN SESSION on Wednesday, July 30th.
The project team is conducting a thorough investigation to prevent such incidents in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have any questions please email Randall’s District Administrator at rantholine@randall.k12.wi.us.
Appreciate your understanding and support.
