"Buffalo Award" Nominations
Dear Randall Community,
We are asking our community to nominate Randall Staff members for the first ever Buffalo Award. 1-2 staff members will be recognized per
year and the 'why' is outlined within the attachments below, as well as on one of our most recent Facebook posts.
We know we are Wildcats, but here is the 'why'.
WHY the Buffalo:
An educator (Buffalo) that takes on challenges and/or opportunities to EMPOWER students because they instinctively know that EMPOWERING increases the potential for success each student has no matter what storm comes their way.
