Mr. John GendronDistrict AdministratorEmail: JGendron@randall.k12.wi.usPhone: 262-537-2211 x220Fax: 262-537-2280It is a complete pleasure and honor to serve as District Administrator for Randall Consolidated School, home of the Wildcats. Randall’s commitment to excellence and student success is second to none, and I look forward to leading the district into the future and making Randall an even better place for students, parents, and staff.
I began my career as an educator teaching mathematics at Grayslake Middle School in Illinois. After seven wonderful years in the classroom and coaching a variety of sports spent , I was offered the opportunity to become Principal of the building. My time at Grayslake Middle School was amazing and my experiences at GMS shaped my leadership style today. Following my ten years in Grayslake, I accepted the position of Middle School Principal in Elkhorn, WI. Much like Grayslake, I cherished my time in Elkhorn. During my six years in Elkhorn, we established many new programs to boost student success, both academically and emotionally. Most notably, we developed and implemented an Advisory Program aimed at providing guidance, academic and emotional support, and a sense of belonging to the 700 students attending Elkhorn Area Middle School. The goal to promote success for EVERY student is my vision and this program was a huge step in ensuring success for all.
Most recently, I have served as District Administrator at Riverview School in Silver Lake. During my four years as District Administrator, we accomplished many new and exciting initiatives aimed at improving student achievement and promoting student growth. Most namely, the district implemented a 1-1 technology initiative for all students in Grades 3rd -8th.
As the Randall District Administrator, I promise to be:
A strong advocate for students and their success in the classroom and beyond.
An active member of the Randall School community.
A strong communicator. My door will always be open.
A leader who will model professionalism to staff, students, parents, and community member.
An advocate for Randall School and the community.
As mentioned above, I am excited to be part of the Randall family. Together, we will build upon the many strengths of OUR school and take it to new heights.
