I have been teaching at Randall since 1999.  I taught first grade from 1999-2014. In 2014 I moved up to second grade.  One of the biggest joys of teaching both first and second grade was teaching students how to read. Teaching and observing students as they become fluent, confident readers is such a rewarding feeling!  In 2016 I was hired as Randall's Reading Interventionist.  I truly enjoy focusing my teaching on reading and helping students reach their goals. One of my biggest goals is to help children develop a lifelong love of READING!
I am married and have 2 teenage boys. My sons are involved in high school sports and keep me pretty busy. I am their biggest fan!  From cross country and football to wrestling and track, you will find me on the sidelines cheering them on. My family and I love to go camping and travel up north to visit family. We have a rambunctious dog named Geronimo who also keeps us entertained.
