Hello! My name is Wylie Gahart and this is my first year as a school counselor at Randall Grade School. I am so excited to be a part of the Wildcat family and look forward with great enthusiasm to working with the students, families, and staff at Randall.
I graduated from Ripon College with a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a minor in Leadership Studies. Upon graduating from Ripon, I worked with at-risk youth at a middle school in Kenosha and substitute taught grades K-12 in multiple schools in Kenosha and Racine Counties. For the past 3 years, I have been employed at Union Grove High School as a Special Education Paraprofessional. I coached girls’ volleyball and softball there as well. I am currently finishing my Master’s in School Counseling at Concordia University of Wisconsin.
I was born and raised in Kenosha County and absolutely love our community. I grew up helping with our family farm, raising and showing sheep and beef cattle. I played multiple sports throughout my lifetime and was fortunate to play varsity volleyball all 4 years at Ripon College. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, going on the boat, and fishing. I also enjoy traveling, with my most recent trip having been to the Amazon Jungle.
I look forward to getting to know you- my door is always open!
