General Music Teacher
I have been teaching General Music grades K-4 at Randall since 2006, and I absolutely love what I do! I consider it a great privilege to teach and experience music alongside the fantastic students at Randall School. I teach each homeroom class twice weekly, covering musical concepts ranging from soft and loud sounds to harmony and melodic direction. I teach two Music EXCEL groups, one of 3rd graders and one of 4th graders. These groups meet on a weekly basis and are designed to serve students who are especially gifted in the area of music and are able to understand and practice musical concepts above and beyond the instruction that occurs in the regular music classroom.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy being involved with the worship and youth group
ministry at my local church, photography, the outdoors, cheering on the Packers,
and spending time with my husband, family, and close friends. I truly love my
job, and I am very thankful for the opportunity to spend my days singing,
dancing, laughing, and learning alongside lots of very special kids.
